F1000Research (Taylor & Francis) uses World Bank income tiers with two bands: a full waiver for low-income economies and a 50% discount for low- or lower-middle-income economies, including Ukraine. Separate, non-combinable 20% discounts exist for Advisory Board members and for peer reviewers on one future submission.
